Monitoring close rates and performance of team and representatives.
Supporting reps with deal strategies and objections
Maintaining team productivity and accountability and performance standards of 40% or better at all times.
Maintaining strong communication between sales team and company leadership.
Communicate performance with updates weekly, evaluate monthly and operational feedback to management.

5% override commission on team sales
